Step by step ved start

When your concept materialises and needs description and maybe a real world test, various excuses often emerge.
Many entrepreneurs become reluctant in realising their business concept as the concept and plans start to take shape. The worst barrier in this connection is lack of courage to present a project or a concept not fully developed or in its final stage.
Insecurity Often, the entrepreneur has a feeling of insecurity as to initiate somebody (strangers) into one´s plans. Indeed, this is a natural feeling as the entrepreneur is confronted with the seriousness of his/her project, which to some can be a quite overwhelming situation. Now it is no longer just talk and/or scribbling and figment, but tangible reality.
Bad excuses At this stage bad excuses sneak into the entrepreneur´s mind:
- "I´m not quite ready yet"
- "The product/service isn´t complete"
- "I can´t face customers yet - it´s too frivolous"
- I don´t know what my boss/wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend and friends are gonna say"
- "What about services, guarantees, etc. which the launch brings about?"
Feedback provides greater clarification Fact is that such objections only add to the barriers obstructing the realisation of the concept. For clarification of the above assertions, feedback from interested parties, companies, future customers/users, etc. is exactly what you need. Only through feedback the above barriers are become present and manageable. Once the entrepreneur has gotten feedback on his/her concept, further developments on working out a business plan become a lot easier and more realistic and focused on functionality. Thus, when such questions start to pop up, it is time for the entrepreneur to test his/her concept on others.
